One of the best things about running is that it's an individual sport.  You get out of it what you put into it.  All runners can still use a little help and that’s where I come in.  My goal is to help you in those times when you want to begin running, improve your current running or for those times when you feel you have lost your motivation.  People believe that only elite athletes have running coaches.  This is not the case.  A running coach is your personal trainer to help you begin, improve or reach that running goal you have been dreaming of. 

All my training programs are custom designed.  I will assess you current fitness level, health history, injury history and running experience to prepare your personalized training program.  I will design your plan to help you meet your specific training, racing and fitness goals and while taking into account your own busy personal schedule.  As your personal coach, I will also be there to answer your questions as you train.  I strive to make my training programs challenging and varied but also fun.  So let’s begin and get you running! 

Customized Individual Training Plans
This training will provide workout schedules customized to the runner’s individual needs based on their fitness history and goals.  After an initial personalized evaluation process, there will be continuous evaluation of progress towards the runner’s goals.  Training is goal oriented and will focus on reinforcing strengths and improving any areas of weaknesses.  The first month, including initial consultation, is $150.00 and each additional month is $75.00.  This includes:

·       In depth initial consultation and evaluation of running and general fitness history, with an emphasis on setting challenging but attainable goals based on current fitness.
·       Monthly training schedules designed to fit the runner’s goals, with periodic re-evaluation and adjustment as needed.
·       Weekly phone consultation/chat to assess training goals and progress.
·       Unlimited email consultations.

Basic Training Plan
The basic training plan includes an initial evaluation based on a detailed questionnaire after which I provide a complete plan delivered in its entirety.  The runner will have unlimited email contact with me but there are no monthly adjustments to the schedule or phone consultations.

·       18 weeks - $180.00
·       16 weeks - $160.00
·       14 weeks - $140.00
·       12 weeks - $120.00
·       10 weeks - $110.00
·       8 weeks - $100.00

*Group instruction is available at discounted per person rates or at a discount from the individual rate.
