It takes four weeks to see your body changing. True or False?

I've been at my training for 4 weeks now!  I haven't been on an eat less calories diet.  I've been on an eat healthier diet. More vegetables, more proteins, less junk food, etc. That being said, I succumbed to pizza this past week-end. Pizza is so delicious. I love pizza. I adore pizza. If I had one food that I could eat for the rest of my life, it would pizza. PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA. Ok, I got that out. Next on my list is chocolate. So I had one scoop of chocolate ice cream after. I would normally have 3-4 but I said one slice, one scoop. I have already gained 8lbs with my new healthy lifestyle and exercising so I thought to myself, "Whatever, one slice, one scoop, enjoy it!". And I did enjoy it, so much! I kept myself within my new goals of eating less junk food but I splurged because we all need to once in a while. I figured I couldn't be completely healthy all the time. It's just not me. It never was.

I was finished working out this morning and thought I could see a slight change in my appearance. I had seen this picture too. I already felt way healthier but I thought I was starting to see myself a tiny bit thinner. Could it be? I weighed myself against my better judgement today and was very happy to find that I lost 2 lbs.

So this poster is true, you CAN see a difference at 4 weeks if you set your mind to it!! I'm looking forward to week 8 and I'm looking forward to feeling stronger and healthier with every week that passes!
